Peppermint Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies #christmas #cookies

These Peppermint Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies are delicate, chewy chocolate treats finished with peppermint Hershey kisses – one of my most loved little Christmas confections! They are tasty and will make you the hit of your vacation treat trade! 

There are couple of things that I've been adoring more than peppermint for the occasions. When I was pregnant a year ago, all of sudden I wanted everything peppermint and that hasn't generally left. I'm still absolutely enamored with peppermint seasoned things for Christmas!


INGREDIENTS :
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups (163g) all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (57g) natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 10 tbsp (140g) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (112g) brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1/2 cup (104g) sugar, plus 3 tbsp for rolling
  • 1 egg
  • 26-28 Candy Cane Hershey’s Kisses

INSTRUCTIONS :
  1. Preheat stove to 350°F (176°C). Line a preparing sheet with a silicone heating mat or material paper. 
  2. Consolidate flour, cocoa, preparing soft drink and salt in a medium estimated bowl. Put aside. 
  3. Cream spread and sugars (less the 3 tablespoons of sugar for rolling) together until light and soft, around 2-3 minutes. 
  4. Blend in egg and vanilla concentrate. 
  5. Include the dry fixings and blend until the point when all around consolidated and thick.
