Hot Chocolate Meltaway Cookies #christmas #cookies

Rich, Hot Chocolate Meltaway Cookies finished with chocolate ganache, small scale marshmallows, and pounded peppermint sticks! All that you adore about hot chocolate in a liquefy in-your-mouth treat!


Ingredients :
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 12 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Topping
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
  • 3 tablespoons milk


Instructions :
  1. Whisk together flour, corn starch, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Include spread, vanilla, and drain and blend to consolidate. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. 
  2. Preheat stove to 350. Fold batter into 1½ inch balls and place 2-3 inches separated on a lubed heating sheet. Tenderly crush the mixture balls with the palm of your hand to level marginally (they ought to be about ¾ inch tall now, they won't spread much while heating.) 
  3. Prepare for 10-12 minutes. Permit to cool on heating sheet.
