Rich, Hot Chocolate Meltaway Cookies finished with chocolate ganache, small scale marshmallows, and pounded peppermint sticks! All that you adore about hot chocolate in a liquefy in-your-mouth treat!
Ingredients :
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 12 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Topping
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
- 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions :
- Whisk together flour, corn starch, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Include spread, vanilla, and drain and blend to consolidate. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
