This is a sweet, nutty and zesty kimchi udon panfry your entire family will love – and it just takes 15 minutes to make from beginning to end!
This formula is so natural, anybody can make it. It's the ideal end of the week formula as it just takes a couple of minutes to panfry and even less time to eat (since you will gulp these kimchi noodles with significant energy!
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 cup kimchi (roughly chopped)
- 2 packets fresh udon noodles (or about 6-7 ounces dry udon noodles)
- 2 strips bacon (roughly chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 4 stalks scallions (sliced on the bias)
- 2 eggs (optional)
- shredded nori (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Bubble udon noodles as indicated by bundle and deplete. Put aside.
- In a bowl, blend sriracha sauce, nectar, soy sauce and rice vinegar and put aside.
- In a substantial dish over high warmth, include bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes until cooked however not firm.
- Include garlic and kimchi and cook for 1 minute.
- Include udon noodles, sauce and sesame oil and mix well. Kill the warmth and exchange to a plate.
- Top with cleaved scallions, an egg and destroyed nori.
