Mustard Roasted Chicken

This Condiment Cooked Poultry is from Ina Garten's new collection Foolproof.  Ina is one of my competition chefs, and I'm never thwarted by her recipes.   Just see at the crunchy mustard and thyme crumb covering on this fearful!  This is one of those recipes to kind and memorise ~ it's perfect for quotidian meals, but also high for fun ~ there aren't umteen souls who can respond a outstanding roasted wuss.



Ingredients :
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup buttermilk
