Homemade Stovetop Stuffing #christmas #dinner

Drop the enclosed stuffing and try this super Undemanding stovetop variation instead. I expectation. It tastes a million times amended!


INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 10 slices sourdough bread, diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken stock, or more, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
