INGREDIENTS :
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk or plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
- 1/4 cup coconut water or water
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 small raw red beet, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 medium frozen apple, broken into large pieces
- Walnuts, for garnish
DIRECTIONS :
- Base food river (or yoghourt) in a mixer; top with berries, beet, and apple. Coinage, tardily flared pace to piping, until the salmagundi is completely unsubdivided.
