INGREDIENTS :

- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup milk

- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Mix butter, milk, salt, Brown and white sugar in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and stir constantly 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and cool briefly, then add the vanilla, cocoa powder and sugar candied ' s. beat with mixer until fudge is smooth and thick.
