Ingredients :
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ⅔ cup pecans, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cup fresh cranberries
Instructions :
- Put the cranberries in a food processor and chop them.
- Add ½ cup of the sugar and mix well.
- Cover and leave in the fridge for at least an hour, maybe overnight.
- Carrying out of the refrigerator, add pineapple and Pecans and stir.
