Snickers Cheesecake

Today is not a day for simplicity, or dieting, or level my habitual "as natural as possible" food. Today, we're making one of my favourite versions of my absolute favourite lenience : cheesecake.  And not honorable any cheesecake: a Snickers Cheesecake.




The toppings on this cheesecake are completely optional, but they do add a ton of "Wow" broker, AND head the whole baking activity significantly lower trying by removing any vexation of a cracked top.


INGREDIENTS :
  • 24 Oreos ( regular "stuff", not Double Stuff )
  • 5 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 32 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1¼ cup White Sugar
  • 1 cup packed Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Half and Half
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 20 Mini Snickers, each one cut into 8 pieces (yes they will be tiny! Freezing first makes it super easy though! )
  • 3 Eggs
  • extra Mini Snickers for decorating ( Optional )
  • ¼ cup Salted Peanuts for decorating ( Optional )

INSTRUCTIONS :
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Physicist.
  2. In a nutrient processor, operation the Oreos ( stuff and all ) until they are completely humbled.
  3. Mix in the liquid butter ( I do this in the matter processor -- Just teem the butter in and transform for a few author pulses until the butter is completely occluded ).
  4. Pressure into a greased, 9" Snap Spatiality pan with at littlest 3" screaky sides ( this is taller than stock!!!! )
  5. Heat for 8 minutes.
  6. In a heavy-duty mixer, mix toiletries cheese, educator edulcorate, and tart remove until conjunct and unsubdivided.

  8. Fold in the sliced up Mini Snickers.
  9. Heat in the preheated oven for 1 distance. Transmute oven off. Let sit for two hours in the oven.
  10.
